Bartrums have put into service a special Volvo FH Aero

''The firm has unveiled a specially-liveried truck with a personalised tribute and number plate in honour of former managing director Philip Bartrum.

Philip, who passed away last year, was managing director at Bartrums for more than 40 years and is credited with playing a significant part in the sustained growth of the business, which was founded in 1929.

The truck features the company’s historic livery colour of brown and white with a personalised number plate F25 BRS, a nod to the name of the company when Philip took the helm - Bartrums Road Services.

We think this is a fitting tribute to a legend of logistics and we can’t wait to catch a glimpse of this truck out on the road''
