Reids of Minishant

One from the past Reid Transport were based near Maybole in Ayrshire, they ran a nicely turned out fleet with names, this one being GENTLE GIANT. They were usually seen pulling tippers or in this case bulk tankers, they also ran some rigid tippers. Some of there vehicles were taken on by T French when they ceased trading in around 2010. 

The DAF 95 was launched in 1987 and the cab jointly developed by Enasa was spacious for it's time, the Super Space Cab was launched in 1989 and the basic cab shell is still used today on the XF.
