Fowler Welch sold

Dart Group has sold Fowler Welch to Culina Group for £98m. this large Lincolnshire company of chilled and ambient vehicles were based at depots across England. They are the latest Culina aqusition which have included over the last few years Great Bear, Morgan McLernon, Warrens and Robsons of Spalding.

Culina Group is owned by Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller.

Dart Goup also owns Jet2.com and Jet2 Holidays,
