Edward Stobart dies

Yesterday saw the untimely death of Edward Stobart at the age of 56. Edward was instrumental in building up the Eddie Stobart fleet from small humble beginnings to an iconic brand that he later sold to his brother in 2004. I had the pleasure of meeting Edward on a number of occasions and he was one of lifes true Gentlemen. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.
