Chip it down !

There are quite a few companies out there who will electronically chip your lorry in order to increase the bhp output of the engine. There is apparently a company out there who will do it in the reverse and decrease the output. Pictured here is a vehicle from the Hargreaves group that started life as an R164L 580 6x2 (Top), but was downgraded to an R114L 220 6x2 (Top), a massive 360hp drop in power. The driver says that when loaded with 29 tonne of coal its champion going down hill but it does struggle a bit going uphill.
