First 59 reg vehicle on site ?

The 1st September will see the 59 registrations being issued and I received this photo which may well be the first 59 reg vehicle on the site.Thankfully the member who took this photo had the forward thinking to make a note of the chassis number so that this reg can be verified at a later date.
