Leggetts Transport into administration

Leggetts Transport yesterday went into administration and the following statement appeared on their website.

Gregory Andrew Palfrey and Stephen John Adshead of Smith & Williamson Limited were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 3 July 2009 in the High Court of Justice,Bristol District Registry (1742 of 2009).The Joint Administrators contract as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.All goods are sold as seen and without warranty.
